I had my first mammogram a week ago. I was nervous thinking about getting it done. Gladys did my mammogram. I have to say that she is a very knowledgeable lady. She was on time. She explained everything step by step. She was gentle, kind, and courteous. She was professional. I left that day feeling like Gladys truly loved her job. The customer service was impeccable! Thanks Gladys.
