OUR GOAL:
To have a fun, engaging way to get individuals thinking about their emotional, spiritual, physical and mental health. We hope the day is filled with information that will help our community reach their optimal health and wellness. It is also a great opportunity to show what services and organizations are local.

STUDENT POSTERS:
Medicine Lake, Westby and Plentywood Public Schools have been invited to create event/theme related posters to be on display during our event. Deadline for poster submission is September 8th, no age limit. This is an opportunity to get the kids involved and a chance to demonstrate their artistic abilities while learning the importance of health and wellness.
