Home Care/Hospice Services Coordinator
Description: Responsible for planning, organizing, developing, and directing the overall operation of the Home Care and Hospice programs in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
Hours: Part-time position available (20-24 hours per week). Monday-Friday. Rotating Weekday and Weekend Call. Benefit Eligible.
Requirements: Must possess a Nursing degree/diploma from an accredited college or university.
